Can I get refund on renewed account?

Yes! If you have missed to cancel the service prior to the expiration date and if you have been charged through automated payment, you are eligible to get a partial, pro-rata refund for the unused service months. A $10 "Cancelation Fee" applies to the account! If you have requested a refund within 30 days after the payment has been made, you have to pay 1/12 of the of the annual price of the Shared Account plus $10 "Cancelation Fee". Domain name fees are non-refundable.
