What is the limit for concurrent processes on a Shared account?

All Shared Hostign accounts are limited to 30 simultaneous processes per cPanel's "Domain Owner Panel". If you exceed this limit you need to find out what causes this. It might be caused by checking your emails too many times in a short period of time. Please note that Host Color has a mail policy that allows up to 35 POP3/IMAP checks per hour per IP address. Once you reach this limit, the mail server stores the check as a process to be handled after the 35 checks reset. The new requests from your mail client still keep coming. However if the number of processes stored increases to the limit of 30, this will bring your website down and you will get a 500 error message.
