No! It is your responsibility to pay all the invoices and bills for services and products you have used. A service or product is considered as "In Use" after you have been sent an "Welcome Mail" and/or details about how to start using itÂ were sent in a support ticket of to your registration email address.Â If you have entered into a new billing cycle and have not requested cancelation fromÂ from your Account ZoneÂ before the expiration date, the service is considered to be "In Use".
Please noteÂ that all invoices due must be paid before a "Request Cancelation" is submitted. Requests for account which have unpaid invoices will not be processed. Please find out how to cancel a service.
