I reset my password, but didn't received the new one on my e-mail. What to do?

Do you have any spam filtering programs activated? If you do, please make sure it does not classify the message from our Host Color as "Junk". Please goto your "Spam" or "Junk" email folder and mark the e-mail messages sent from Host Color as "Not Junk Mail" or disable your spam filtering software for a while to get the email with your new password. If you have already disabled your spam filtering and still do not receive the message, please login to your "Account Zone" and send open support ticket in oder to get assistance.
