It is simple! Sending spam and/or unsolicited e-mail is prohibited within Host Color's network. Our "Terms of Service" don't allow any software application which could be used for SPAM to be hosted in our servers? Any account used for sending SPAM or hosting Spamming Software shall be suspended.

Every Host Color customer agrees on sign up that one must not use the Host Color's IPs', network and equipment in connection with the transmission of SPAM, flames, mail bombs, or substantially similar, unsolicited email messages. A Host Color's customer's domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the forms of mailing described above. For more information and clarification please visit "Legal" section and read "Service Level Agreement", "Terms of Service" and "Acceptable Use Policy".

Account Suspension & Penalties

If a customer of Host Color is found to have spammed, we reserve the right to disable one's domain and suspend the account. In addition, Host Color may impose a $100 penalty for each spam policy violation which led to our IP space included in any blacklists. No refund will be processed to customers who's accounts have been suspended to SPAM. Host Color reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to known spammers. We reserve the right to determine what violates this policy. As such, any violation will result in cancellation of services without refund.
