Host Color launched new Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS) based on KVM virtualization. We host the new KVM virtual machines in our main data center located in South Bend, Indiana, 90 miles from Chicago. With the launch of the new VDS our customers can now get low cost VPS hosting services, while choosing between three (3) virtualization platforms - OpenVZ VPS, KVM, Xen virtual machines.
Host Color offers four standard Virtual Private Server (or also VDS) plans.
The entry level plan - VPS Start - features KVM-based virtual server with 768 MB RAM, 20 GB space, 1,000 GB monthly bandwidth and 2 dedicated IP addresses.
The next VDS plan - VPS Advance - offers 1,536 MB RAM, 40 GB space 2,000 GB monthly bandwidth, 2 dedicated IPs. The customers get a free SSL certificate with one year contracts.
Another KVM virtual server - VPS Power - features 2,432 MB RAM, 60 GB space, 3,000 GB monthly Bandwidth and also a free SSL certificate with one year contracts.
The other KVM VPS - VPS Custom - comes with 3,712 MB RAM, 100 GB space, 3,000 GB monthly bandwidth and 5 dedicated IP addresses.
